Dancer and choreographer who parlayed her experience in the music industry into a singing career of her own. She released her first mixtape in 2009, also contributing to We Are Young Money that same year.

She grew up studying modern, jazz, and ballet dancing. She started out by appearing in music videos and working as a songwriter.

She collaborated frequently with Lil Wayne after he signed her to Young Money, including working as his artistic director on tour.

She grew up between Massachusetts and Atlanta. Her sister is D. Woods .

She's written songs for the likes of Ne-Yo , Kelis , and Jennifer Hudson .
