ABOUT SHANIA BHOPA

Canadian entrepreneur, businesswoman, author, writer, and investor who co-founded a non-profit organization called The Canadian Courage Project. In addition to her various business ventures, she posts about her lifestyle and productivity on social media platforms.

She earned a bachelor's degree in global health, a master's degree in psychology, and a PhD from McMaster University in Ontario.

In the year 2022, she released a children's book titled Gurk and Bianca. It focused on the connection between one's mind and body. She has done her fair share of traveling. She has visited New York, as well as several countries in both Asia and Europe.

She has a sister named Anya, who was the inspiration for a character in her book and also a co-founder of the Canadian Courage Project.

In the year 2024, she was interviewed by Savannah Sellers on The Today Show about her experience freezing her eggs.
