She attended the Southern New Jersey Academy of the Performing Arts during her high school years, where she developed her acting and performing skills. She relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, during her sophomore year of college to attend Arizona State University, where she majored in film studies. Her first onscreen TV role was in Ladies Like Us: The Rise of Neighborhood Watch in 2015.
She wrote and directed the web series Not From Around Here in 2020. She was in an episode of Veronica Mars in 2019 where she played a dancer.
She was born and raised in Merchantville, New Jersey.
