ABOUT SHAWN BOOTH

Finalist on season eleven of ABC's long-running series The Bachelorette who competed for Kaitlyn Bristowe 's affections and won. He started his own podcast called In the Booth with Shawn Booth.

He worked as a personal trainer before appearing on The Bachelorette. He moved to Nashville to do consultant work for insurance companies.

He purchased an 1888 farm house with his father and together they fixed it up completely.

He was born in Windsor Locks, Connecticut and later resided in Nashville, TN. He and Kaitlyn got engaged in 2015 but separated in 2018. In July 2023, he announced he was expecting his first child later this year. He welcomed his son, Locks Joseph Booth, on December 12, 2023 with his partner Dre.

He is good friends with fellow Bachelorette contestant, and season 20's Bachelor, Ben Higgins .
