ABOUT SHAWN ROBERTS
Canadian screen actor who has appeared in zombie movies such as Diary of the Dead, Resident Evil , and Land of the Dead. He has also played roles in Jumper, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief , and Skinwalkers.
His acting career began when his father's friend, the renowned screenwriter Robert Forsythe, saw his performance in a school production of Little Red Riding Hood. Forsythe subsequently helped Roberts secure a role in the Canadian TV series, Emily of New Moon.
His television credits include guest spots on Goosebumps, La Femme Nikita, and Psych .
He was born in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. One of his dad's best friends was an award-winning screenwriter. This ultimately helped him get into the acting business.
He and actor Colin Salmon both appeared in the Resident Evil films.
