ABOUT SHIN FUJIYAMA

Japanese and American philanthropist who is best known for being the co-founder of an enterprise known as Students Helping Honduras. He has been featured in programs such as CNN Heroes. He is also known for posting content about Honduras on his self-titled YouTube channel, which operates under the handle Shin Fujiyama.

He spent his childhood in the state of Virginia in the USA. In the year 2007, he graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a bachelor's degree in international affairs and pre-medicine.

In the year 2010, he spoke at TEDx Bangkok. He is multilingual and speaks four languages including Japanese, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. His YouTube channel has garnered 322 million views.

He and his sister Cosmo Fujiyama incorporated Students Helping Honduras in the year 2007.
