J-pop star who debuted with the album My Favorite Things (2004) and gained popularity with the singles "Sekai Tomete," "Tsunagari" and "Yume No Tsuzuki." She has also performed backup vocals for artists like Zard and Aya Kamiki.

She began performing live in the Kansai region of Japan shortly after graduating from high school.

Her song "Sekai Tomete" was used as the ending theme for the anime series Detective Conan.
