Poet who has built a devoted fanbase on Instagram, where she regularly posts concise, heartfelt poems for more than 30,000 followers. Her first book, Ascending Voice: A Collection of Inspired Writing for the Soul, was published in December 2016.

She attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Encinitas, California.

In addition to her writing career, she has worked as a yogi, meditation teacher and wellness coach.
