ABOUT SIMO AALTO
Finnish magician recognized for his close-up magic tricks and illusions.
He was always interested in magic as a kid and that later influenced his decision to perform mainly children's magic as an adult.
In 1997, he was elected Magician of the Year by the FMC.
He married his assistant, Kirsi Aalto, in 2006.
He and hockey player Mikko Koivu are both originally from Finland.
