ABOUT SIMON SEARS

Danish actor who had his breakout role as the character Ivan on the 2021 Netflix series Shadow and Bone .

He attended the Danish National School of Performing Arts and the Solrød Centre.

He was born in Roskilde and raised in the town of Solrød Strand. His father was Italian and his mother was Danish, and they had Simon as well as his two older siblings.

He has two kids with Ingibjörg Skúladóttir. His oldest son, Skúli Leví, was born in 2016 on the same day Simon received the Reumert Prize. His second son was born in 2019.

He posts off guard photos with his co-stars Jessie Mei Li and Sujaya Dasgupta on Instagram, on the set of Shadow and Bone.
