ABOUT SISSAL

Faroese pop singer who released her first EP, Hear Me Now, in 2025. She rose to additional fame when she represented Denmark in the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest with the song Hallucination. She has amassed over 100,000 followers on her sissaljo Instagram page.

She began singing at a young age, and throughout the years, she won Danish singing competitions such as Nósa Barnaprix and Ársins Songrødd.

Her full name is Sissal Jóhanna Norðberg Niclasen. She placed 23rd with a total of 47 points during the 2025 Eurovision contest held in Basel, Switzerland.

She is from the Faroe Islands, a territory of Denmark. She has two daughters named Mikkalina and Jonna Sofía.

She and Reiley are two Faroese artists who have represented Denmark in Eurovision.
