Rapper most famous for being one half of the alternative hip-hop duo The Chicharones as well as the Northwest-based rap collective Oldominion. He has several solo records under his belt, including Christopher (2005) and Hesitation Wounds (2009).
He was raised in the small town of Farmington, New Mexico and was heavily influenced by artists like Run DMC.
He has been a multiple-time host of the South by Southwest Chicharones Boat Party.
His real name is Christopher Tafoya. His father was a bass player for blues musician Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown.
He created The Chicharones with Josh Martinez .
