She was crowned Miss Great Britain in 2009. She was working as a marketing manager before appearing on Love Island.

She launched a clothing collection that was featured on TheFashionBible.

She was dating Danny Cipriani in 2013 and was involved with both Thomas Powell and Katie Salmon on Love Island. She was in a relationship with Aaron Armstrong up until her death in 2018.

She and Rykard Jenkins were both featured in series two of Love Island in 2016.
