ABOUT STEEVE HO YOU FAT

French Guianan professional basketball player and power forward for the Metropolitans 92 of the LNB Pro A League since 2021. He began playing professional basketball in 2008 with the Cholet Basket club. He posts game highlights and snapshots from the court on his ho.you.fat Instagram account, where he has accumulated more than 40,000 followers.

He began playing basketball at age 14 and was spotted by a trainer in a street basketball game in 2003.

He has played for a number of French basketball clubs, including Rouen Métropole Basket and Chorale Roanne Basket. He averaged a career-high 15.6 points per game with ALM Évreux Basket in the LNB Pro B League during the 2018-19 season.

He was born and raised in Cayenne, French Guiana. His paternal grandfather was a Chinese immigrant.

He joined Tashawn Thomas on the Metropolitans 92 in 2021.
