ABOUT STEFAN MEDINA

Defender for Liga MX's Monterrey beginning in 2014 who was promoted to Colombia's main national squad in 2013. He was loaned out to Pachuca for the 2016-2017 season.

He was a youth product of Atlético Nacional. He played for their youth squad for just one season before making his senior debut in 2011.

He was part of Colombia's U-17 team that finished in fourth place at the 2009 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Nigeria.

His full name is John Stefan Medina Ramírez.

He has been part of the Colombian national team roster with James Rodriguez .
