Former soccer star who is widely regarded as the best defender in the history of Greek soccer.
He spent his entire youth career with AEK Athens, from 1974 until 1978.
He won four championships and four Greek Cups during his career with AEK Athens.
His nephew Kostas Manolas played for Olympiacos.
He and Dinos Kouis played together on the Greek national team.
