ABOUT STEVE MONTANO

Guitarist and singer better known by his stage name Steve, Righ? He became famous as a member of the American electropunk band Mindless Self Indulgence . He played Dr. Death Defying in his video and album appearances. He once performed "Look Alive Sunshine" live on stage with My Chemical Romance .

He was featured on Markus and Jimmy Urine 's 1995 project, Mindless Self-Indulgence. The band Mindless Self Indulgence was formed in New York City in 1997.

He began using the name Steve, Righ? after someone approached him at a show and said "You're Steve, righ?" He has had multiple surgeries on his hip. His credits as a musician vary, as he has written and recorded music on a number of projects.

He married a makeup artist and beautician named Lucinda. In 2009, they had a daughter named Violet Montano.

He and Lyn-Z both became famous as members of Mindless Self Indulgence.
