He earned his BA in drama from the University of Minnesota . He recieved his MFA from York University .
He has guest starred on the TV shows Degrassi: The Next Generation , The Strain , and Suits . He also appeared as an ICU doctor in the 2009 film Orphan .
He was born in Kochi, India, and immigrated to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada as a child. His father was a neurosurgeon.
He starred alongside Jean Yoon and Andrew Phung on Kim's Convenience.
