ABOUT SULLIVAN JONES
Actor known for playing T. Thomas Fortune in the HBO series The Gilded Age. He portrayed Jameson Royce in the Amazon series Harlem. He also appeared in Atlanta , Parks and Recreation , The Equalizer , The Politician , The Blacklist , Blue Bloods and House of Cards . He voiced characters in the sequel to the video game Red Dead Redemption .
In college, he played basketball and majored in theater at Brown University . He transferred to the UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television.
His breakout came in the 2019 Off-Broadway production of Slave Play at New York Theater Workshop. He followed the play when it transferred to Broadway. In the 2021 mini-series Halston, he played the fashion designer's boyfriend Ed Austin.
He was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area.
His costars in The Gilded Age included Christine Baranski , Carrie Coon and Denée Benton .
