ABOUT SYBIL AZUR
Actress, writer, director, and dancer who has appeared in an extensive list of films including Austin Powers in Goldmember and 500 Days of Summer . Some of her additional film credits include La La Land and Sandy Wexler . She has also appeared on TV series such as Raising Hope and Days of Our Lives . In 2014, she wrote and directed the documentary Pushing Motherhood.
She earned a master's degree in screenwriting from Cal State University Northridge. While attending, she was a finalist in the university's "Here's the Pitch" competition.
She is on the Board of Directors for the Frederick Douglass Family Initiatives. She was also a 2021 Comedy Writing Summer Fellow with the Television Academy Foundation.
She was born and raised in the United States.
She has been a backup dancer for musical artists such as Reba McEntire , Paula Abdul , and Michael Jackson .
