Level 9 gymnast by the age of 12 whose YouTube channel, Sydnastical, focuses on gymnastics and giving back to those in need. She was also popular on TikTok with over 1.3 million fans on her former sydneyherz account.

She has been doing gymnastics since she was 2 and began appearing in commercials and TV shows when she was 5.

She appeared on the A&E series Panic 911 in 2012. She has also amassed 500,000 followers on her sydneyherz_ Instagram, which has featured many photos from her daily life as well as gymnastics videos.

She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Paula and Mike Herz. She has a twin brother named Luke whose appeared in her videos before.

She is friends with Jules and the other siblings from Bratayley .
