Model, fitness influencer and host who became known as the stage assistant for the comedy  Pânico na TV (Panic in the TV). TV show Panic . She's also hosted the programs Interligado (Interconnected) and Brothers on Rede TV!.

In 2005, she won the Garota Metamorphoses (Girl Metamorphoses) contest for which the prize was a telenovela Rede Record. She played the character Martinha.

In 2008, she began her journey to become a fitness expert when she obtained a degree in Physical Education and was one of the first people to bring kettlebell training to Brazil.

She's originally from São Caetano do Sul, Brazil.

She's worked with fellow journalist Milton Neves and the two have been pictured together on her Instagram.
