Nollywood actress, model, producer, TV presenter and entrepeneur who started her production firm, Tana Adelana Productions, in 2013. She is the winner of the Best Supporting Actress award at the CITY People's Movie Awards in 2017. In 2018 she received the award for Best Actress in a Lead Role at the Best of Nollywood Awards for her role in Body Language. In 2019 she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress. In 2021 she starred in the TV show Daluchi. She also stars in the YouTube series Potters and His Pawn.

She was the youngest in a traditional Catholic family of 10. She graduated from the University of Lagos Nigeria with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning. She got a certificate in make up and style. She first gained notice in the entertainment industry after auditioning for MTN Y'Hello TV Show in 2002.

She was the 2005 Grind Awards winner, and in 2011 she was the winner of the On-Air Personality of the Year award at the Future Awards. She appeared in the TV series Disclosure and became the first Nigerian on Channel O as a TV presenter. Her tanaadelana Instagram page has 1.2 million followers.

Her full name is Christiana Nkemdilim Adelana. She is of Igbo descent; her family name is Egbo. Her father has passed away. She married Femi Adelana in 2007. They have two children together, including a daughter.

She produced the movie Quick Sand starring Chelsea Eze .
