Tanner Gentry
ABOUT TANNER GENTRY
Professional wide receiver that was initially signed by the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent in 2017. He was later signed by the Buffalo Bills in January 2021. He also played for the New York Guardians during his professional career.
He played college football at the University of Wyoming for four seasons. During his junior season, he was named to the second team All-Mountain West.
While at Wyoming, he became the first wide receiver since 2005 to record over 1,000 yards in a single season. He finished the year with 1,326 total receiving yards.
Growing up, he lived with his family in Aurora, Colorado. He is the oldest of three siblings.
He was a college teammate of Josh Allen at Wyoming.
