ABOUT TARA MOUNSEY

Defenseman who was part of the United States women's hockey team and won gold in the 1998 Olympics and silver in the 2002 Olympics.

She played on the boy's hockey team at Concord High School in New Hampshire.

She has degrees from Boston University and Brown University.

She was born and raised in Concord, New Hampshire.

Alpine skier Picabo Street also took gold for the Americans in the 1998 Olympics.
