Actress of the small and large screen, as well as theater, who is best known for her time on EastEnders in 2002-2003. She has film credits in Becoming Jane, Disco Pigs and The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone.
She was a presenter for Saturday Disney content from 1993 until 1996. She was also a main presenter for BBC's The Over the Wall Gang.
She landed the title role of Rita in a 2006 production of Educating Rita.
She was born Lynne James in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
She was featured in the film Disco Pigs, starring Cillian Murphy .
