Former professional safety who played for the New England Patriots , New Orleans Saints and Miami Dolphins during his eight-year career. He won Super Bowl XXXVI as a member of the Patriots during the 2001 NFL season.

Prior to being drafted, he attended Syracuse University .

He recorded over 420 tackles during his career in the NFL.

He is a native of Farmington, Connecticut.

He won Super Bowl XXXVI playing alongside Tom Brady .
