ABOUT TED NOTEN

Dutch conceptual artist known for his unique jewelry and accessory designs. He founded the design company Atelier Ted Noten or ATN.

His various odd jobs included brick layer and psychiatric nurse.

His famous pendant, "Turbo Princess," which featured a pearl necklace-wearing mouse, jumpstarted his career.

He was born and raised in the small Dutch village of Tegelen.

His work was influenced by that of the French surrealist Marcel Duchamp .
