She has been a realtor with Allure Realty since 2019 with her show being on Netflix since 2021. Before that she worked for the Florida Senate as a Chief Legislative Assistant.

She is certified in short sales and foreclosures. She mostly sells high-end real estate in Tampa.

She has three daughters Janiyah, Cydnee, and Tiye Williams.

Her show is a spin-off of Selling Sunset which starred Chrishell Stause and Christine Quinn .
