ABOUT TERRY KAY
American author most well known for his novels To Dance with the White Dog, The Valley of Light, and After Eli.
His first novel, The Year the Lights Came On, was published in 1976, followed by After Eli, which won the Georgia Author of the Year Award.
His novel To Dance with the White Dog was made into a Hallmark Hall of Fame television movie.
He married Tommie Duncan Kay, and they had four children.
Jessica Tandy starred in the film adaptation of To Dance with the White Dog.
