ABOUT TIGRAN TSITOGHDZYAN

Armenian painter and artist who is known for combining elements of hyper-realism with surrealistic concepts and styles. He often paints portraits of several internationally recognized celebrities including Padma Lakshmi which he shares through Instagram for his over 90,000 followers.

He studied at the Fine Art Academy of Yerevan and graduated in 1999. He then enrolled in the Ecole Cantonale d'Art du Valais in Switzerland where he earned his Master's in 2005. He then moved to New York in 2009 where he started exhibiting his works.

His work Mirrors was featured on the cover of Volume 3 of Visual Language Magazine during their 2014 issue.

He was born and raised in Armenia.

He shared a photo of Susan Sarandon standing next to his portrait of her through Instagram in November of 2018.
