ABOUT TIM JANIS

American composer known for his work on the collaborative 2001 album Music of Hope, which features Paul McCartney , Billy Joel , Ray Charles , and Andre Previn . He has made numerous public television specials, including Tim Janis: Beautiful America and Tim Janis: Coastal America, which were both narrated by George Clooney . He shares original music on his eponymous YouTube channel, where he has earned more than 2 million subscribers.

He studied music composition at the University of New Hampshire and graduated in 1991.

He produces films and music through Tim Janis Studios. His 2018 film, Buttons: A Christmas Tale, features Angela Lansbury , Robert Redford , and Kate Winslet . His video from November 2022, about the most popular Christas carols, received over 75,000 views in less than its first ten days of being launched.

He has a dog named Bella.

He collaborated with Sarah Darling on the 2011 single "Between Our Hearts."
