ABOUT TIM TAWA
Major league second baseman that was taken by the Arizona Diamondbacks as an 11th round pick in the 2021 Draft. Prior to being drafted, he played college baseball at Stanford University . During his collegiate career, he was PAC 12 first team member and a PAC 12 Conference champion.
While in high school, he played football, basketball, and baseball. In 2017, he was named Oregon's Gatorade Baseball Player of the Year.
He played football alongside Elijah Molden while at West Linn High School. He finished his high school career as the all-time leader in passing yards, passing touchdowns and completions for a quarterback in the state of Oregon.
Growing up, he lived with his family in the state of Oregon. He is the oldest of three brothers.
He was selected during the 2021 MLB Draft just like Jack Leiter .
