Offensive guard who made his NFL debut in 2009 for the Green Bay Packers, and helped lead the team to a Super Bowl XLV victory.

He played college football at Eastern Michigan University, where he began as a defensive lineman.

In 2011 he won the Ed Block Courage Award.

He was born in Royal Oak, Michigan.

He began his career protecting quarterback Aaron Rodgers .
