Big right winger known as an enforcer, he played in the NHL from 1986 to 1997 for the St. Louis Blues, Montreal Canadiens, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, and San Jose Sharks; retired after logging 1,911 career penalty minutes.
He began his junior career when he was 16 years old with the Kamloops Oilers.
He won a Stanley Cup Championship as a member of the Montreal Canadiens in 1993.
He grew up in Saskatoon, Canada.
He played alongside legendary goaltender Patrick Roy on the Canadiens.
