ABOUT TOMMY FARRELL
Actor who appeared in more than eighty films, usually in a sidekick role, including Singin' In the Rain, North by Northwest and Breakfast at Tiffany's. On television, he was known to audiences for his roles as Thad Carson on The Adventures of Rin Tin Tin and Chet Holliday on This Is Alice.
He was born into a show business family in Hollywood and attended St. John's Military Academy in Los Angeles.
He received the Golden Boot Award for his iconic work in the Western genre in 2003.
He was married to Bobbi Farrell from 1961 until his death in 2004. They had four children together.
He co-starred with Edward G. Robinson in 1932's I Am a Fugitive from a Chain Gang.
