Voice of Amuro Ray from Mobile Suit Gundam, Yamcha in the Dragon Ball franchise, and many other anime titles.
He was part of Gekidan Himawari, a Tokyo acting troupe composed mostly of children.
He and several other fellow voice actors were in a long-running band Slapstick.
He was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
Christopher Sabat was also an anime voice actor - he provided the English dubbing to popular titles.
