ABOUT TREMAYNE STEPHENS

NFL running back best known for his time with the San Diego Chargers, later known as the Los Angeles Chargers . He also played with the Indianapolis Colts before retiring in 2001.

He went to Riverside High School. He then attended North Carolina State University where he also played football. He started his professional career in 1998.

He made North Carolina State University history by ranking third among running backs in yards rushing and touchdowns. He is the CEO and speed development trainer for Athletic Development Systems.

He is from Greer, South Carolina. He married Andrea and has a daughter named Ashlynn. His parents are Fred and Mary Stephens.

He has trained football player Nick McCloud .
