ABOUT TRENT DALTON
Australian novelist and writer who is known for his 2018 critically acclaimed debut novel Boy Swallows Universe. It became the fastest-selling debut novel in Australia. In the year 2021, it was adapted for the stage by the Queensland Theatre Company.
He studied journalism for one year at the University of Southern Queensland, then another year at the Queensland University of Technology.
In the year 2011, he released a non-fiction book titled Detours: Stories from the Street. The book was based on his interviews with 20 people living in a homeless shelter. He also wrote novels titled Lola in the Mirror and All Our Shimmering Skies.
He and his wife Fiona have two daughters.
His novel Boy Swallows Universe was adapted into a Netflix series starring Travis Fimmel , Simon Baker , and Sophie Wilde
