Professional left fielder that was drafted by the Minnesota Twins during the first round of the 2018 Major League Draft. He was selected from Oregon State University . During his junior season, he was named to the first team All-Pac 12 and won the 2018 College World Series.

He is a graduate of College Park High School in Pleasant Hill, California. He was originally drafted by the San Diego Padres during the 2015 MLB Draft.

He made his official major league debut playing against the Detroit Tigers on May 8, 2021. He finished the game going 0 for 4. He was the 20th overall pick in the 2018 draft.

Growing up, he lived with his family in Walnut Creek, California. He was born of Hawaiian descent.
