ABOUT TREY LIPSCOMB
Professional third baseman, athlete, and middle infielder that was originally taken by the Washington Nationals as a third round pick in the 2022 Major League draft. During his collegiate career at the University of Tennessee , he won two SEC Championship titles. He was also named an All-American in the year 2022.
He was three-sport athlete while in high school. In addition to baseball, he also played football and basketball in high school.
On the date of February 25, 2022, he became the fourth baseball player in Tennessee program history to hit for the cycle. As a junior that season, he led his team inĀ hits, home runs, RBIs, and total bases. He stands 6'3" tall and weighs a little over 200 pounds.
Growing up, he lived with his parents inĀ Frederick, Maryland.
He is a former Tennessee collegiate baseball player just like Todd Helton .
