He played baseball and football at Tascosa High School. He played college baseball at Midland College in Texas.
He made his debut in the MLB in 2020. He helped the Atlanta Braves win the 2021 World Series.
He was born in Amarillo, Texas.
He replaced Charlie Morton in the 2021 World Series when he fractured his fibula.
