ABOUT TY JORDAN

Running back who was named to the All-Pac-12 second team following his debut season for the University of Utah Utes. He passed away on Christmas Day 2020 from an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound.

He originally verbally committed to play college football for the University of Texas Longhorns. He later de-committed and chose Utah.

He was named to the Freshman All-American team by the Athletic in 2020 following his play for the Utah Utes. He was also named the Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the year.

He is survived by his brother Kobe and his mother Tiffany.

He played for coach Kyle Whittingham while a member of the Utah Utes football team.
