Defender who made his professional debut in 2002 with the Wilmington Hammerheads and who played for the Toronto Lynx in 2003-2004.

He played college soccer at Coastal Carolina University.

He signed with the Victoria Highlanders in 2010.

He was born in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Lyndon Hooper rejoined the Lynx the year after Hughes left.
