Professional pitcher that was drafted by Cincinnati Reds during the seventh round of the 2013 MLB Draft. He began his professional career playing for the Reds' rookie affiliate team the AZL Reds.

Prior to being drafted, he attended Westminster High School in Westminster, California.

He made his major league debut pitching against the Pittsburgh Pirates on August 27, 2017.

He is a native of Newport Beach, California.

He played alongside Joey Votto during the 2021 MLB season.
