She grew up in a small town in Kentucky and began singing at age four. She studied at Belmont University .

Some of her most popular blind karaoke videos show her covering songs such as "Jolene" by Dolly Parton and "Chandelier" by Sia . She grew a following of 800,000 on the app, and has been releasing music since the year 2018.

Her father and uncle played instruments and raised her listening to bluegrass music.
