Prior to becoming a content creator, she worked as an engineer. Her YouTube channel premiered in January of 2019 with a video in which she shared her recipe for onion, peanut, & tomato chutney.

Her June 2019 home remedy video tutorial on permanent facial hair removal brought in more than 4.6 million views after being posted on her YouTube channel. She has attracted more than 350,000 subscribers on her GoodVibesOnly_UPSANA YouTube channel, where she has also shared original food recipes and family vlogs.

She has shared numerous family vlogs on her YouTube channel featuring both her husband and her son.

In December 2022, she shared a video in which she tested and reviewed the 82°E Ashwagandha Bounce Moisturizer, which was part of the skincare line launched by film actress and entrepreneur Deepika Padukone .
