ABOUT URMAS OTT
Estonian television, radio journalist and talk show host known for hosting his television show Urmas Ott and Others. His was known for his intimate style of interviewing guests.
He graduated from Tallinn University.
He first appeared on the Soviet Channel One in 1986 as host of the television showed called Television Acquaintance. In 2018, a documentary about his life called Urmas Ott. One Man Show was released. He died from a heart attack.
His sister is Karin Bachmann.
During his time as a host, he interviewed celebrities that included Anatoly Karpov , Boris Spassky , Irina Rodnina , Chuck Norris and Alla Pugacheva .
