ABOUT V.J. CHITRA
Tamil television actress, anchor, model, and VJ who began her career hosting reality shows for Makkal TV. She went on to have regular roles in the soap operas Chinna Papa Periya Papa and Saravanan Meenatchi. She appeared in over 20 TV shows throughout her acting career.
She earned her degree in psychology from Dr. MGR Janaki College of Arts and Science for Women.
She presented the programs Nodiku Nodi Athiradi, Ooru Suthalam Vanga, En Samayal Araiyil and Vilayadu Vaagai Soodu. She was discovered dead in a hotel room at the young age of 28.
She was based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
She rose to prominence as an actress in Tamil-based projects like Sandhya and Namitha .
