ABOUT VALENTINO LIBRO

Italian chef known as one of the best pizza makers of the modern era. In addition to managing and owning restaurants, he has competed in pizza-making competitions like the World Pizza Championship and Caputo Napoli Pizza Village.

He began working at pizzerias in Naples when he was 13. This is where he discovered his love for the dish. He studied further at a regional training center in Campania, Italy.

For many years he has been a member of APN, an association of Neapolitan pizza makers.

His father helped him open his first pizzeria, which operated under the name "Capoverde".

In June of 2023, he posted a photo on Instagram he had taken with Silvio Berlusconi , in memoriam.
